MEXICO: Participants pay for their own airfare, travel and hotel. 

HHPF covers meals either connected to the hotel or through the clinic site

HONDURAS: Participants pay for their own airfare. HHPF covers room, board, and in-country transport

REFUND POLICY

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our participants to the best of our ability. If you need to cancel, please note:

• All cancellations will incur a $200 cancellation fee.  

• Cancellations prior to 1 month of the trip start date will be refunded 100% minus cancellation fee.

• Cancellations between 1 month to 2 weeks of the trip start date will be refunded 50% minus cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the trip start date will not receive a refund.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to expired passports or medical licenses.
